Day 58 of 366: thankful for the patience

Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Patience means waiting and waiting means God’s timing, not mine. I was not always patient. Before, I wanted everything as soon as it left my heart, but many of those cases turned out to be disastrous. I’ve come to learn and appreciate patience over time and I only have God to thank for the lessons I learned along the way.Β

Are you as patient as can be?
