Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure,
whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

Reading is something that brings me joy especially if I find that story that touches not only my heart but also my soul. It’s hard to find a good book nowadays, but I do enjoy books on history and law. I also tend to enjoy a good mystery from time to time.

Books are like time machines, a free ride on a train or plane. They make you think and read between the lines. They can be comforting and insightful. Over the years, books have helped me improved my vocabulary. I don’t love all the books I read, but I’m glad that books exist. 

I am utmost thankful for books especially God’s Holy Word for it increases our knowledge, thus making us richer. I am also thankful for the smell of a new book. The Lord knows it was the first thing I would do whenever mom got me a new book.
