Lately, headaches are back with a vengeance and it’s been killer! Sometimes, it’s hard to sleep through them. I’ve been soaking a bandana with bay rum and wrapping it around my forehead and it helps for the time being. 

I am thankful for bay rum and for the relief it brings through the pain.
