Every year, I tend to renew my love for corn, and today was that day. My sister bought corn earlier, and we ended up boiling it and serving it as a side dish with the pelau. I’m looking forward to roasting some in the coming weeks.

I am thankful for corn. Given the bountiful kernels, it’s like a symbol of abundance.
