Let the beet drop!

Yesterday, I was thankful for vegetables, and although I mentioned beetroot, it deserves to get a dedicated post. Beets are rich in iron and folic acid, and as someone that suffers from anemia, it’s highly recommended in my diet.

It’s a good thing I’ve always loved beets so there ain’t no need to beet myself up when it comes to eating it. Sides, it can beet anemia!

I am super thankful for the beetroot.
