Maybe I posted how grateful I was for second chances already, I’m not certain, but I’m currently reading and studying Matthew. I was on chapter 18:21-35 reading up on forgiving others, and I’m thinking of how we as humans can hold grudges for years. Unfortunately, I know a few people who hold grudges without end, because they refuse to forgive and free themselves.

In all of this, there’s God. We’re not perfect or flawless when it comes to behavior, but He forgives no matter what our sin might be, once we come before Him in true repentance.

I am thankful that my God is a God of second chances.
