Go to the ant, O sluggard;
consider her ways, and be wise.
Without having any chief,
officer, or ruler,
she prepares her bread in summer
and gathers her food in harvest.
Proverbs 6:6-8
Ants are always on the move, and they never seem to take a vacation. Maybe that’s a good thing for I’ve learned a lot just by watching them go about their daily activity:
^ Serve one another.
^ All good and hard work is done little by little.
^ By dividing the tasks, everyone benefits from the success.
^ By having a purpose, you have a long term goal that’ll shape what you do.
^ Carry workloads that you can handle.
While I am not entirely thankful for ants as they can be a household pest, I am thankful for the lessons they’ve taught me.
