Last week, it was super hectic. I kept going, going, going, to the point where I was thinking, “Where is this going to end?” Today, I woke early to help with the cooking, and afterwards, I returned to bed and slept for about 4 hours. I felt so much better after waking up.
I am thankful that I got to rest for a few hours today, for I needed it.

Gratitude is an attitude 
I hear you, my sister! This month has been busier than usual, but the holiday season. Gives the heart, body, and soul. A little bit of a extended moments, to find rest!
