Better is open rebuke
than hidden love.

Proverbs 27:5

There are times when I lose my focus on God and it takes His rebuke to bring me back. God is not only our Creator, He is our Father, and when I do things that hurt Him, I’m also hurting the Holy Spirit. He chastises me lovingly whenever I get off track, and I am thankful for the Lord’s rebuke in my life.
