Peppers make the world go round! They add great flavor to food, snacks, and even drinks. I tend to favor the hottest pepper sauce and here, our hottest pepper is the scorpion, so I tend to look for sauces with that particular pepper. I tend to favor bell peppers stuffed or in any dish that calls for peppers!
Note: On the Scoville Heat Unit, our Moruga Scorpion pepper was dethroned from first to second place. I know I’m behind with new posts, but I’m working on a spicy post for the main blog.
