The French discovered the secret that makes food taste one thousand times better: butter! 

Butter is essential to my family’s cooking especially Mom’s. I prefer to use less butter, but it still flavors the food beautifully. Occasionally, I’ll use butter in my sandwich… but only if the bread is hot and there must be cheese. 

I am thankful for butter.
