Today, we had fried chicken, potato salad, and mauby for a late lunch. It was very fulfilling and satisfying, but the fried chicken was the masterpiece. Lately, my sister has been experimenting with different ways to fry chicken, and she finally hit the nail on its head.

I am thankful for my sister’s fried chicken and that I don’t have to buy KFC anymore to satisfy the fried cravings.
