And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come:
I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.
Genesis 9:12-13
Whenever rain fall, I tend to look for the rainbow. We’ve had some rains this morning, but I didn’t see a rainbow. Nevertheless, I love seeing God’s beauty in the clouds. We may face some of life’s greatest challenges, but we can come out on the other side shining brightly like a rainbow after a storm.
I am thankful for rainbows for they remind me of God’s wonderful promise!
I am thankful for rain even without the rainbows.
