I LOVE NUTS!! Especially almonds and red skins. I recently roasted a batch of red skin nuts for the first time and I enjoyed thoroughly. I tend to keep a pack of handy peanuts in my purse at all times so when I need a snack, I reach for it.

I am super thankful for nuts!
